What I like about Astrology it its complexity. There are numerous ways to analyse specific dates. You can look at the Radix as is, you can check todays transits on a birth chart and philosophize about the possible effects.
Then there are secondary progressions, draconic charts, solar return, astrocartography… the list can be continued.
A chart can be calculated after different calculation methods. The biggest distinction is between vedic and western astrology, because a few basic rules are different.
Houses can be calculated using different systems. You can use your own set of aspects. You can have very special detailed approach and include asteroids.

I started to learn astrology in 2020. First I went wild until I realised, it is too complex and I should start with the basics. Some time in 2021 I discovered the Sabian Symbols. They are a great help to get a simple overview over the situation. You can also just look at them and ignore the aspects and still make up great stories.

I am very good at creating stories in my head. Astrology requires from you the ability to associate and assume. Sometimes it takes me days to understand a chart, sometimes the idea comes up instantly at first glance.

I do use transits for making decisions. It differs what I consider a yes or a no in a chart. Today it is a Yes because of the Sabian Symbol of the Conjunction of Sun with Jupiter.

Sun and Jupiter don’t make any aspects, so let’s look at the “Herrscherkette” (who is ruling who), maybe that can tell something about this celestial event.

Neptune is the overall ruler of this chart. As a mundane transit, it doesn’t have houses because the axles change depending on the place where you are.
AC for Berlin would be in Sagittarius at 6°08″, for London it would be in Scorpio at 27°08″. What stays the same are the minutes and seconds the Conjunction is exact which is at 06:28 after the full hour. My birthday is 6/28. I like these kind of coincidences.
In Berlin, Saturn and Neptune would be in the third house, the house of communication. Seems like a good point in time to have a talk about truth. Neptune builds two sextiles in a 4° orb (aspects up to 5° are usually considered to still have an effect). Sextiles are considered positive energies that give mutual understanding.

I personally have Chiron at ♊ 0°26″, so this venus transit is quite important for me. Chiron is called the wounded healer, it presents a deep wound you carry in yourself. The myth about Chiron says once you are able to overcome the wound you will be able to help others healing their wounds. My Chiron is in the 10th house, which stands for your profession and your public life in general. I was deeply hurt in public. It is time to present my scars to the world.
