In the morning I think about the fight at work. Something is wrong with Mr. G. He was asking these what about questions before. As if this was his usual communication style.
How many times did I explain to him the easiest things over and over and again he did them wrong? Repeatedly.
Then, he told us he was working as an architect for fifteen years and yet he doesn’t have a clue when it comes to the easiest building details.
I decide to google Mr. G. Maybe I can find offices he worked at before and maybe I’ll find referenes.
Most of the search results are in this funky georgian writing. I click on a few, but none of them lead to architecture offices. But there is one result in latin alphabet.
It is a transparancy website where georgian companies are listed. There is an entry with Mr. G’s name from December 2022. Mr. G holds 40% of a company with a cryptic name.
The registered address of the company led to either a bus station or a police department. It was definitely odd.
I start searching for the other names and the company name.
The search leads me to a website with apartment houses, selling apartments for at about 500€ per square meter. All pictures are renderings. There is no actual photo of an actual building.
Google maps does not display one building from that website. Allegedly they were finished in 2018, so I guess there should exist real photos by now.
Is Mr. G a scammer? An impostor? Did he think being skillful enough to produce real looking renderings of buildings make you an architect?
