N. invites me to a small disco afternoon in a park in Lichtenberg. Summer is back, we sit on a picnic blanket all day and some local DJs each played one record after another – group back to back. People are very chilled, N. tells me that most of them only go to the BBQ and nothing else. A kinda closed group, but they all have a pretty friendly attitude.
I received a few compliments for my dress:
Later one of the guys played a song with this line “Leider hat dein Kleid den Ausschnitt auf der falschen Seite” (unfortunately your dress has the neckline on the wrong side)
Some time in the afternoon, Alexander Arpeggio joined the party with his brunette girlfriend from that time and his blond friend with the giant moustache. They were sitting a few meters in front of us. At some point he turned half around and took one of these 180° videos, N. and I were in it. I didn’t feel comfortable with someone filming me just like that and tried to hide behind a cigarette… But there was also a part of me that felt flattered. A known DJ took a picture of me!
After sundown, more people got into dancing mood and we were all standing closer to the tiny stage. Suddenly Alex was standing next to us and I approached him saying how much fun the festival had been two weeks ago. We chatted for a bit, introduced us with names. He asked me, if I was able to DJ, because they were looking for more girls. Especially nerdy ones. I denied. Then he wanted to know how old I am. I told him and asked him the same. Turns out, he is one year younger than me.
